Aktion 4.1

The mobile client for attendance, access, and catering systems—Aktion.NEXT and Aktion CLOUD—offers a practical solution for remote workforce management. It facilitates efficient recording of working hours for service technicians, sales personnel, and other employees operating outside the premises, where traditional time registration terminals may be impractical. Additionally, it provides the convenience of remotely opening the front door in case the user forgets their access card, as well as enabling remote unlocking of doors or gates for expected visitors.

Functional Capabilities:

• Documentation of start and end times of work shifts
• Entry of interruptions or other remuneration-related elements such as business trips, illness, vacations, or home office days
• Display of current monthly attendance reports for oversight
• Monitoring employee presence at designated workplaces
• Meal ordering and exchange functionalities (Aktion.NEXT, Catering module only)
• Project, client, and task time tracking (Aktion.NEXT, Time Tracking module only)

Security Features:

• User authentication via username and password
• Role-based user permissions managed through the Aktion.NEXT server configuration
• Optional PIN requirement for certain functions such as door opening
• GPS logging of attendance operations with display of locations on Google Maps

System Requirements:

• Installation of Aktion.NEXT software version 1.8 or higher on the server
• An active address point designated as “mobile device” type
• Proper configuration of user permission rights for mobile application operation
• Configured hardware direct control for specific address points (KMC/E, MMC, KSC/E, TSC-3xx, TSC-5xx, ER-310, ER-510, ES-310, ES-510, EX-1, EX-2)
• Active service support and system licensing for Aktion.NEXT
